By accessing or using Opa (“the Service”, “the Platform”) at https://www.opa.rsvp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Opa provides an event management and RSVP platform that allows organisers to create events, invite guests, collect RSVPs, and share photos and updates.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) via the platform.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Opa a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
